Delivery Information

We ship all orders within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed Saturday to Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Free Delivery

Free Standard Delivery is available for all orders over £20 within the UK.

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 48)

Standard Delivery is estimated at 2-3 working days from dispatch date and is charged at £3.50 for orders below £20.

Next Working Day Delivery (Royal Mail 24)

Next Working Day Delivery is estimated at 1-2 working days from dispatch date and is charged at £6.50. Please note orders placed Friday-Sunday will not be shipped until the following Monday.

International Shipping

International orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days and charged at £10.

Returns & Refunds

Please contact us at customerservice@beebuzzcos.com to request a return and refund.

You can return any product you are not satisfied with within 30 days of receiving your order. We will pay the costs of a return and issue a refund within 10 working days of us receiving the products. 

​

You can cancel your order at anytime. However if you change your mind after the products have been dispatched, you will have to pay the return costs.
