All trademarks displayed on the website or products are the exclusive property of Beebuzz. You may not display or reproduce the trademarks in any manner without prior written consent from Beebuzz.

Ordering

By placing an order on our website, you agree to provide us with your legal name, email address, billing address, delivery address, and a contact phone number. Our use of this information will be strictly limited to facilitating the processing and delivery of your order.

In the event that a technical issue or error on our part causes your order to be unsuccessful, we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly and ensure your satisfaction. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, followed by another email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched.

Depending on your selected delivery option, you will be provided with an estimated delivery time frame. Should any of the items you have ordered be out of stock, we will notify you promptly after the order has been placed.

Purchase & Ownership

All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm acceptance to you by confirming that your order has been dispatched. Once your order is accepted, a legally binding contract to purchase and deliver products takes effect between you and us. You will be charged for the products and delivery costs upon receipt of your order.

Please be advised that products will be at your sole risk from the time of delivery to you. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend any order if we believe a customer is acting against our Terms and Conditions, including non-payment or fraudulent use of our website.

It is important to note that ownership of the products will only pass to you once we have received full payment. Please also be aware that reselling our products commercially is a breach of these terms and conditions and your agreement with us.

We accept various forms of payment, that will be taken in GB pounds (£), and if applicable, your card will be charged according to the exchange rate at that time.

Our prices, as stated on our website, are in pound sterling (£). Please note that offers are subject to availability and may end before originally advertised. Products delivered outside of the UK may be subject to taxes, fees, levies, or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs formalities. The recipient of the order is responsible for all customs formalities and any additional charges for international delivery.

 

Events beyond our control

Please be aware that in the event of circumstances outside of our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event), we will not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations under a Contract.

 

This may include any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our control, which may include, but is not limited to:

• Strikes or other industrial action

• Civil commotion, terrorism or threat of, war or threat or preparation for

• Fire, explosion, adverse weather conditions, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster

• Disruption to supplies or delivery methods

• Emergency acts of government or regulatory bodies

• Disruption to public or private telecommunications networks

• Please note that in some cases, parcels shipped overseas may be delayed at customs control when entering your country, which is beyond our control. As a result, we cannot be held responsible for the late arrival of parcels detained in this manner.

 

Cancellations and Returns

At Beebuzz, we strive to provide efficient order processing and dispatch, aiming to dispatch orders within one to two working day. If you wish to cancel an order without incurring the cost of returning unwanted items, we recommend doing so before your order is dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact us through our website at the earliest opportunity.

Please note that you have the legal right to cancel a contract starting from the date we confirm your order has been dispatched, which is when the contract between us is formed. To cancel a contract, please inform us as soon as possible. Your cancellation becomes effective on the date you send it to us.

If you have already received the products and want to cancel the contract, please contact us to arrange returning them to us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning them to us, unless the products are faulty or not as described. You have a legal obligation to keep the products in your possession and take reasonable care of them.

If you cancel a contract, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the products and any applicable delivery charges. However, you will not be refunded for the costs you incurred for returning the products to us. We will process the refund within 14 calendar days after receiving the returned products. If the products have not been delivered to you, we will refund you within 14 calendar days after being informed of your decision to cancel the contract.

As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to faulty or mis-described products that are not affected by your cancellation rights. If you return a faulty or mis-described product, we will refund the full price of the product, any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs incurred for returning the item to us.

 

Complaints

In the event that you have a complaint we will use to attempt to resolve the issue to ensure your satisfaction. If we are unable to settle the dispute using our internal procedure, you may request that the matter be settled through mediation by The Retail Ombudsman.
